Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Plan, organize, and manage hardscape projects from start to finish. Supervise and guide crew members to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Installation Expertise Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project designs. Operate and oversee the use of equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws. Install hardscape features, including pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems, with precision and attention to detail. Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and job sites for safety compliance. Team Management Train and mentor crew members in hardscape techniques and safe work practices. Assign tasks based on team members’ skills and project requirements. Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement. Client Interaction Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates. Represent the company professionally at all times. Administrative Duties Track and report project progress, including materials used and hours worked. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in hardscape installation. Proven leadership experience in a foreman role. Proficiency in hardscape construction techniques and equipment operation. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical labor.
