Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position will assist in the installation of high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and more under the direct supervision of a Foreman. Responsibilities: Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Help build retaining walls, seating walls, and other hardscape features Support the construction of outdoor kitchens and related structures Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site Follow direction from Foreman and adhere to project plans and specifications Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship Qualifications: Previous construction or landscape experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work as part of a team and take direction Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus Location York, Pennsylvania Department Landscaping-Services Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $20-$23
