Responsibilities Purchasing and tracking of hardscape materials/inventory (bulk aggregates, edging, spikes, pavers, block, etc.) Giving foreman daily direction about current projects (reviewing plan and materials needed to complete the project). Daily inspection of hardscape clients' properties to ensure Aspen's standards are met. Work closely with Operations Manager & Senior Project Manager Qualifications Valid Drivers License. Ability to read a scaled landscape plan. Able to communicate effectively and efficiently. 7+ years of paver patio, retaining wall, seating wall, outdoor kitchens, and firepit installation experience.
Responsibilities
The superintendent is responsible for purchasing and tracking hardscape materials while providing daily direction to foremen on active projects. They must also conduct daily inspections of client properties to ensure all work meets company quality standards.
