Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for Hardware Design using High Speed Processors and Microcontrollers, Schematic design, Design documentation, prototyping and testing etc. as required in the current product vision of the company. Lead end-to-end hardware design and development of embedded systems. Drive architecture, ensure compliance, deliver high-quality, cost-effective products, and mentor teams Qualifications Educational qualification: · B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Experience : 10-14 Mandatory/requires Skills : Ø Own full product lifecycle: requirements ? design ? validation ? production Ø Lead hardware design for safety-critical systems Ø Define system architecture and evaluate design trade-offs Ø Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, etc.) Ø Conduct design reviews (PDR, CDR, DDR) Ø Act as technical interface with customers Ø Manage effort estimation, BOM, and cost optimization Ø Ensure product reliability, lifecycle & obsolescence planning Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FW, SW, Mechanical, QA, Production) Ø Drive DFx practices (DFM, DFT, DFR, DFS) Ø Identify and mitigate technical risks Ø Mentor team members Ø Hands on & Strong knowledge of standard electronic hardware architectures in real time embedded systems. Knowledge of IoT is an add on. Ø Design of Digital and Analog circuits and interfaces. Ø Experience of high-speed DDR, Flash, Ethernet etc. Ø Familiar with various interfaces such as USB, I2C, SPI, CAN, UART etc. Ø Have a deep understanding of the interaction between electronic engineering, Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing engineering and production. Ø Experience in Battery Management System Design & Testing Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ø EMI/EMC & RF Testing experience Ø Experience in Design, Layout, Signal Integrity (Pre & post), Simulation tools etc. Ø Expertise in Technical documentation, Design calculation, Power Budget, AC/DC Analysis.
