About the role Manage customer Hardware asset information in a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Manage Hardware assets through their asset lifecycle. Conduct analysis of Hardware information for accuracy and completeness. Generate scheduled monthly reports or unscheduled reports as required by stakeholders. Receive and process requests for asset information additions and changes and process accordingly. Location: This role is based Wellington Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Salary range: NZD $65,000 - $71,000 per annum Responsibilities and Accountabilities Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Maintain and support the asset records and information in the CMDB. Validate the accuracy and completeness of CMDB information using accuracy processes. Ensure all contract deliverables are met for assigned accounts. Ensure customer scheduled reporting is delivered on time. Analyse Hardware discovery information to identify areas of improvement. Represent SACM HW at customer meetings and address customer requests and concerns. Ensure all contract deliverables are met for assigned accounts. Requirements and Experience Experience Over 3 years' experience in a Hardware Asset Management role. Experience in information and financial reporting. Experience in request processing and queue management. Experience in contractual fulfilment, SLA attainment and process compliance. Experience in working with Configuration Management Databases. Skills Good verbal and written skills. Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Good organisational and time management skills. Strong customer management skills.
