This hands-on role is pivotal to our operational success, focusing on the precise building, configuration, and quality assurance of essential security hardware, as well as the accurate processing, packaging, and timely dispatch of our advanced surveillance systems to client sites nationwide.     Essential Job Functions:   * Receive, unload, and process daily deliveries (parcel to LTL freight), including the accurate entry of received equipment into the inventory system. * Build servers and configure a range of hardware (IP cameras, network switches, wireless radios) for security camera systems. * Diagnose, test, and refurbish used/returned equipment to ensure functionality and restock to inventory. * Pick, stage, and pack outgoing shipments. * Maintain the ERP system by accurately and timely entering received purchase orders (POs), processing returned equipment, and managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).   Qualifications & Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation. * Prior experience with electronics and hardware (installation, repair, maintenance) is highly desirable. * Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and software. * Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and resolve technical issues independently. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, Ethernet). * Experience with various shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx) and managing LTL freight. * General knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics processes.   Physical Requirements:   * Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 70 lbs. * Physical ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift throughout an entire shift.
