Reporting to the Hardware Supervisor, your ability to consistently identify customer requirements will be demonstrated through appropriate product recommendations. • Displaying natural, excellence in customer service
• Stock and reposition shelves within the Hardware Department as required
• Know the store, departments, and product availability to efficiently respond to customer inquiries regardless of location within the store
• Provide insightful input to ordering based on customer demands within the Hardware Department.
