Description
Design measurement systems and subsystems that characterize and verify according to standards, customer devices, interconnects, optical and electrical systems. Understand customer needs and develop solutions to delight them. Set and meet or exceed schedules for fast and predictable development. Identify project risks and generate recommendations to address them. Engage and drive process improvement efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of the engineering organization. Perform peer review and testing. Participate in DFx reviews. May perform research to determine the feasibility of new products, product features, capabilities, or advancements in test and measurement science. Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of successful design experience . Experience with VNA measurements. Familiarity with optical, transceivers, receivers, etc. Knowledge of DDR and PCIE. Experience with power systems for electronic circuits. Proficiency in serial data communications protocols. Familiar with Agile development processes. Creativity, enthusiasm, discipline, and a curiosity for learning. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of RF, signal integrity, and transmission line theory. Knowledge and application of electrical engineering principles, practices and techniques commonly employed in the design and development of electronic products. Strong analog engineering fundamentals. Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
