WHO YOU ARE

You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, a quick understanding, a strong grasp of technical matters, and a passion for innovative technologies. To ensure your success in this role, we’re looking for:

• A completed engineering or technical degree (at least Bachelor’s) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in electronics/hardware development.
• Strong knowledge in electronics and electrical engineering and experience in leading cross-functional development teams.
• Familiarity with implementing hardware solutions, as well as solid experience with tools like SAP, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, or Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of control and heating technology and experience in system, series, or product development is an advantage.
• Good German and English skills.
