In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.  To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:   HR Generalist * Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification * Further education in HR (“Personalassistent/in”) * 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist * Profound knowhow in Swiss social security systems and employment law * Profound knowhow in Swiss payroll administration, experience in international payroll is a plus * Effective communication skills and ability to interact across different levels and regions * Collaborative, reliable and solution-oriented individual * Flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn * Accountable personality with a structured and pragmatic working style * Goal orientated with a positive mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information * Fluency in English & German, additional languages are welcome * Proficient user of HR databases/systems and fully conversant with MS Office suite, experience with “HiBob” is considered a plus * Responsible for the HR administration and operational tasks of the entire employee life cycle (from entry to exit) for all Enclustra locations * First point of contact for employees and line managers regarding all HR related questions * Responsible for the monthly payroll coordination with our external payroll provider and ensure the correct handling of all social security topics for our Swiss employees * Supporting and deputizing the HR Operations Manager in the monthly payroll processes for the international sites * Ensure the correct adherence to workplace policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with employment legislation and regulations * Power user and system owner of the internal HRIS system * Support the HR Team in annual HR processes (e.g. Budgeting, Performance Management, Annual Salary Review, Talent and Succession Review, etc.) * Contribute to local and global HR projects * Support the HR team in general administrative tasks * Support the Office Team with general office administration and reception tasks during their absences Enclustra offers you an interesting job in an exciting work environment with lots of creative freedom. Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the HR administration and operational tasks across the entire employee life cycle for all company locations, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers. Key duties include coordinating monthly payroll processes, ensuring compliance with workplace policies, and acting as the system owner for the internal HRIS.
