About the role Talent101 is seeking a hands-on Hardware Engineer to support advanced PCB design and new product development in a fast-paced lab environment. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong project management and customer collaboration to help drive next-generation technology to market. You will work directly with multidisciplinary teams and end customers to deliver high-quality reference designs, demos, and technical solutions that enable technology adoption and revenue growth. What you'll do Develop reference designs and demos (schematic capture, PCB layout, bench validation) Lead PCB release process and manage external manufacturing vendors Troubleshoot customer application issues using lab analysis Track project milestones, risks, and costs; provide status reporting Create technical collateral (application notes, tech notes, presentations) Analyze competitive landscape and develop Figure of Merit (FOM) insights Support lab operations and cross-functional collaboration Promote new technologies to sales teams, FAEs, and customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Strong analog/mixed-signal IC application knowledge Advanced PCB design and layout experience (Altium Designer) Hands-on lab experience (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.) Solid project management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred High-speed and power design experience Semiconductor or reference design background Familiarity with Galileo, Spotfire, and SharePoint Talent101 pays referral fees.
