Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to work for a worldwide leader in the tech industry. The Hardware Engineer is a hybrid role helping to contribute to the development and optimization of FPGA-based systems.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HARDWARE ENGINEER INCLUDE:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Verilog and FPGA development (e.g., Xilinx, Intel/Altera).
• Solid understanding of digital logic design, timing analysis, and hardware debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with hardware description languages, simulation tools, and version control systems.

• Design, implement, and verify digital logic using Verilog for FPGA platforms.
• Develop and maintain FPGA firmware for custom hardware systems.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of hardware and firmware issues using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and simulation environments.
