Job Description
Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to apply your hardware engineering expertise to real-world solutions? • Familiarity with power electronics or communication protocols (e.g. WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee) is beneficial.
  • Ability to navigate both technical topics and project coordination, ideally with experience working across teams or with external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on mentality, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Hardware Development & Optimization: Improve and develop electrical components for PV systems, battery storage, and connected energy products.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work with global suppliers to assess and optimize hardware components in terms of technical performance and product-market fit.
  • Hands-On Testing: Conduct hardware testing and validation in our lab to ensure functionality, quality, and readiness for field deployment.
