Description

ABOUT US:

We are an innovative technology company developing advanced environmental monitoring systems for wildfire detection and prevention. Our solutions operate in challenging environments — from dense urban areas to remote forests — and we are seeking a passionate and hands-on hardware engineer to join our team and help shape the future of environmental sensing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Age under 30 and not currently enrolled in school
  • Based in Vancouver, and eligible to work in Canada (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in hardware and electronics (school projects, personal work, or prior experience)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions (e.g., forests, rural sites)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions
  • Curious, proactive, and excited about problem-solving and learning
Responsibilities

As a Hardware Engineer Intern, you will work directly with our engineering and field deployment teams to design, test, and improve sensor systems used for real-time data collection in outdoor, and remote environments. You’ll gain experience in prototyping, electronics testing, sensor design and calibration, and field operations — with the possibility to grow into a full-time role.
