Description
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and launch an innovative hardware product, gaining hands-on experience across the full development cycle. Work with the Hardware Design team to solve problems and implement solutions that maintain continuity of supply for our instruments. Help address customer issues and quality challenges across a range of test equipment, including Digital Multimeters (DMMs), Source Measure Units (SMUs), and Power Supplies. Investigate and identify root causes of manufacturing-related issues, such as first-pass yield problems. Gain experience using hardware design schematic and layout tools. Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Please note: Master's students will not be considered for this position). Ability to work full-time during the Summer 2025 semester. General knowledge of analog and digital hardware concepts and theory, with a desire to apply them in real-world scenarios. A passion for learning about precision and general test and measurement equipment. Interest or background in structured problem solving.
