Responsibilities
Assisting Silicon Validation Engineers in the comprehensive testing of high-speed analog integrated circuits, focusing on SerDes PHYs.
Supporting the review, debugging, and troubleshooting of silicon devices under test, as well as associated custom hardware.
Conducting and documenting characterization tests, contributing to the creation of detailed and actionable test reports.
Developing, assembling, and maintaining custom test boards and hardware solutions to streamline testing, debugging, and validation activities.
Collaborating closely with analog designers, hardware engineers, and cross-functional team members to optimize testing processes and resolve technical challenges.
Ensuring lab equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and ready for use in fast-paced R&D cycles.
Continuously seeking process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in lab operations.
