Design Collaboration: Work in close partnership with our design teams, providing critical feedback, comparing evaluation results, and deriving actionable improvement measures for future iterations. Platform Expertise: Specify requirements for new evaluation platforms, actively maintaining and optimizing existing equipment to ensure state-of-the-art testing capabilities. External Partnership Management: Act as a key interface to external development service providers, overseeing and guiding the development of specialized evaluation platforms. Qualifications Education: Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field, with a strong focus on high-frequency technology or high-speed converter characterization. Professional experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience as an Evaluation Engineer, specifically in post-silicon validation, characterization, and debug of complex semiconductor devices. Technical know-how: Solid understanding and practical experience in transceiver measurements (RF, analog, mixed-signal). Demonstrable knowledge of PCB board development and layout principles. Proficiency in common scripting languages for test automation, with Python being the preferred choice. Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters. Language skills: Very good written and spoken English skills are essential for collaborating within our international teams. German language skills are a plus.
