Job Description As a Hardware Lead Engineer, you will contribute to the development of automotive low-power electrical drive systems while coordinating and mentoring a small hardware engineering team throughout the development lifecycle. You will be at the forefront and independent lead role in the HW development of electrical drives with primary focus on the control and drive electronics for HVAC Blower Controllers/Engine Cooling Fans/Coolant Pumps and other potential future products within in the thermal management system of automotive vehicles.
