Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Hardware Procurement Expert to support the sourcing, procurement, and vendor management of hardware products and related services. The role will play a critical part in optimizing procurement costs, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with hardware vendors, supply chain negotiations, procurement operations, and BOM cost structure analysis within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities for hardware products and related operational requirements Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with hardware vendors and suppliers Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supply agreements Analyze and optimize BOM (Bill of Materials) cost structures to improve procurement efficiency and cost competitiveness Drive procurement cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiency Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, product, and business teams to support procurement planning Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality to ensure business continuity Support supply chain planning and inventory coordination where required Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify competitive sourcing opportunities Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and operational requirements Support urgent procurement projects and business expansion initiatives as needed Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management Prior experience working with hardware vendors or technology-related products is highly preferred Strong understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) cost structures and cost breakdown analysis Experience in procurement cost control, supplier negotiations, and contract management Good understanding of supply chain processes and procurement operations Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools Preferred Attributes Strong sense of ownership and accountability Results-driven with strong commercial acumen Able to work independently and make sound procurement decisions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in fintech, POS, electronics, or technology industries is an advantage Why Join EPOS Opportunity to work in a growing fintech and digital solutions environment Exposure to regional procurement and vendor management projects Dynamic and fast-paced working culture Opportunity to contribute directly to operational efficiency and business growth
