This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Hardware Project Manager in the United States. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of hardware installation projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee schedules and budgets, and act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that blends strong project management capabilities with a solid technical foundation. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Up to 70% travel is required. Accountabilities Oversee all phases of product or service installation projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful client outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and field service to align schedules, resources, and deliverables. Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation to ensure milestones are met and compliance standards are upheld. Conduct site visits, monitor client facility readiness, and coordinate logistics for equipment shipment and installation. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues proactively. Develop and maintain project documentation, FAQs, and best practices to improve internal processes and knowledge sharing. Mentor and train other project managers, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence across teams. Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience. Proven track record in managing installation or implementation projects involving technical systems or equipment. Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. PMI certification, or equivalent, strongly preferred. Experience in fields such as customer service, construction management, or engineering is an asset. Working knowledge of construction and electrical codes, IT infrastructure, and safety or compliance standards. Ability to interpret construction drawings and interact confidently with healthcare professionals, executives, and contractors.
