Learn more at vecima.com. This position is located in Shanghai, China. Duties and Responsibilities: * Digital and analog circuit design. Familiar with CPU system, power, clock, FPGA application. Optical experience. * Bring-up and debug board design and fully test functionality and performance, with test equipment (logic analyzer, oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer and so on) * Proficiency in hardware EDA tool, such as Altium, Cadence. Layout experience is plus. * Provide technical support and failure analysis to manufacturing and field issues. * Good coordination ability to work with factory, mechanical team, engineering supporting team and software team, as well as 3rd party vendors. Education & Experience Requirements: * Bachelors Degree (>4yr) or Master Degree (>3yr) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent related degree. * Familiar with PON networking architecture is preferred. But not limited to it. * 3 or more years of successful Fix Access Product Hardware Design experience, which should have included end-to-end delivery in a time-to-market environment, as well as a solid understanding of the product lifecycle process as well as the hardware development process. * Direct experience dealing with manufacturing and field issues, and external suppliers. * High responsibility, dedication and team spirit; high ability of studying, self-motivated and ability of analysis and solve problem independently Core Competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure * Excellent critical thinking skills * Strong attention to detail, drive, initiative, productivity, teamwork, and quality * Influence’s project or agile team direction based on knowledge and experience At Vecima, everyone contributes and makes an impact.
