We are a team of over 550 professionals and are seeking an Engineer to join our Hardware Support Team which maintains and supports Gcore’s data center equipment, troubleshooting issues and ensuring an optimized stock of spare parts.
Job Description

• Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance tasks on server equipment located within the data center.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, data center personnel, and customers to address hardware-related issues and ensure efficient resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of hardware maintenance processes and best practices.
