2 x fixed-term post until June 2027, 37 hours per week, Mon -Fri
An exciting opportunity has arisen to take forward an integral project around Health and Social Care Partnerships Primary Care Improvement Plans and the transformational agenda that is currently being taken forward in General Practice.
This role is aligned to the GP Re-provisioning Programme which will migrate over 200 GP clinical systems to new software which is cloud-hosted. To support the implementation, we require experienced and enthusiastic Hardware Support Engineers to work with the Programme Team, GP practices and other technical staff within the Health Board.
You will be experienced in general IT, desktop support and Microsoft Office skills. In addition to having good desktop and network troubleshooting skills, you should have experience with Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 & 11. Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and printing would be advantageous.
