In this highly collaborative role, you will interface with various technology and module teams (such as camera, display, sensors, etc.) to influence their integration at the system level with emphasis on design and debug of high-speed and low-speed links. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Signal Integrity including Lab and Simulation experience. Knowledge of electromagnetics, transmission line theory, extracting channel models and simulating EMI/Crosstalk are expected. Channel elements include rigid PCBs, flexible printed circuit boards, connectors, and other components in a mobile system. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s in EE or related field and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience Strong EE fundamentals and problems solving skills Strong academic background in EM theory and coupling mechanisms. Hands-on experience in hardware board-level testing, validation, and with lab equipment (TDR, VNAs, scopes, near field scanning, spectrum analyzers) Hands-on experience in EM and circuit simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS/Maxwell/SIWave, CST, ADS/Spice/Spectre, Cadence/Sigrity, scripting languages (Python, Perl) Work experience as Signal Integrity Engineer is a must PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master or Ph.D. in EE, with 5 years or equivalent of relevant working experience. A strong background in mobile system engineering is preferred A passion for engineering with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and innovation. Excellent communication and presentation skills
