Description
Summary: The Hardware Technician’s role is to maintain all parcel stations in a proper condition. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required, and all maintenance related to parcel stations all over Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: Installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment of parcel stations. Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring parcel stations’ performance. Accurately document instances of failure, repair, installation, and removal of parcel stations. Support development and implementation of new parcel stations installation. Maintain and clean all parcel locations including rooms and hardware. Monthly preventive maintenance on parcel stations and ensure all hardware is operating ahead of. To raise all required parts and maintenance to the required team. To solve all customer issues received from operations or customer service team. Maintain all hardware in proper condition including cameras, screens, and routers. Participate in all related tasks to parcel stations maintenance. Ensure all tools and company property are maintained. Visit/travel to remote areas to complete maintenance work related. Diploma degree in hardware’s/computers/electronics/ technical support or in related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in technical department or in a related field. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories. Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides. Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required. The Iqama profession must be the same or related to the position. Key Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Good English skills including speaking and writing. Good communications skills. Work under pressure.
