Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute hardware test plans and validation procedures
• Collaborate across teams to debug, troubleshoot, and improve hardware systems
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Operate lab equipment for testing, diagnostics, and validation
• Contribute technical expertise and take ownership from day one

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in hardware test development and validation
• Strong understanding of test automation, hardware debugging, and lab equipment
• Proficiency with platforms such as Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to quickly ramp up on new systems
