We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their purchases, and promoting our high-quality products. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficient in retail sales techniques, including upselling and negotiation strategies.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and account management practices.
• Knowledge of construction, renovation, or high-end sales is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated for outside or inside sales activities.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring follow-up on inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
