We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives, to join our busy and evolving warehouse team in our 2-person Home Delivery Network, working for a leading logistics company.
As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities will include undertaking the day-to-day warehouse tasks ensuring all targets are met and the highest standards of quality, accuracy and hygiene are maintained to ensure our customers’ expectations are achieved.

£26,981.09 + £3120 shift premium

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Previous warehouse experience

• Experience of a picking operation

• Possession of a VNA/counterbalance license, or willingness to complete the necessary training required.

• MHE required

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Maintaining a professional demeanour throughout interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

• Presenting oneself neatly, in a professional manner and adhering to company dress code policies.

• Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service and striving to exceed customer expectations.

• Effective time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines.

• This role is hands on, it involves heavy lifting/ handling and is full of variety. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this nature of work.

• Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate operational needs and respond to emergencies or unplanned events outside of regular business hours.
