Job Description About the role We are seeking a Harness Integrity Administration Officer to provide operational support to the Chief Steward and Integrity team. This is a hands-on role ensuring the timely coordination of race day documentation, inquiry processes and integrity records, whilst also supporting Harness welfare and integrity functions. Other key responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the Chief Steward Harness and Integrity team Coordinate race day documentation, including Stewards’ reports and correspondence Enter and maintain integrity data, including swabs, penalties and statistics Prepare inquiry documentation, transcripts and reporting outputs Monitor phones and emails, responding to stakeholder enquiries Support operational activities including travel, rostering, accounts and race day readiness Inquiry transcript preparation Assist in maintaining and updating horse traceability records Provide administrative relief to the thoroughbred and greyhound codes when required Qualifications About you You are an organized and detail focused administrator with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion. You will bring: Experience in an administrative or office support role Strong data entry, reporting and document management capability Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, debtors/creditors) Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem solving and organisational skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of the racing industry (desirable) Additional Information Why join RWWA?
