Descripción del empleo Design and develop interior vehicle components, ensuring they are visually appealing, ergonomic, and manufacturable. Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, applying GD&T specifications. Take part in design reviews and integration meetings, sharing your ideas and expertise. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all program requirements are met. Clearly document your design concepts, risk assessments, and performance evaluations. Support change management and revision control processes to keep projects on track. Requisitos More than 1 year of experience in the area Experience in design engineering, ideally in the automotive sector. Proficiency with Siemens NX and a solid understanding of SAE wiring design fundamentals. Strong English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Design preferred Advanced Siemens NX skills, including electrical routing. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus. Experience with Altair SimSolid and CAE principles. Excellent English communication skill Información adicional Preferably candidates must reside in Toluca or near to this area. Modality: Hybrid, 3 days on site per week. Applicants must reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
