As part of those services, we help to manage several companies on behalf of our client J.K. Rowling. Those companies are Pottermore and Bronte. About the Team: The Harry Potter team works hand in hand with our partners across the Harry Potter franchise, including Warner Bros. Discovery divisions, Publishers, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Harry Potter Digital, to create incredible experiences and products. ​The team ensure that these all align with the franchise values and objectives, delivering the magic that fans and consumers expect and deserve.​ The marketing team is focused on representing our client’s publishing and related projects across brand management, marketing and PR strategy, materials and activations, in partnership with key partners. About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and proactive intern to join the Harry Potter team at The Blair Partnership. Reporting to the Brand Manager within the Harry Potter Marketing team and Franchise Management business pillar, you’ll support projects across the team, with a particular focus on marketing and experiences. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the Harry Potter franchise, working with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Support marketing and experience-led initiatives across the franchise Assist in partner and brand activities e.g. brand tentpole campaigns, new publishing launches Contribute to franchise planning and business development projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Conduct research and compile insights to support strategic decisions Help prepare presentations, reports and brand materials Daily Tasks Support key campaigns and initiatives Curate and distribute the monthly newsletter Conduct desk research, compile case studies, and assist with scoping projects Provide community management support on JKR Stories channels (e.g., channel check-ins, responding to comments) Support on updating key resources including the project tracker and franchise calendar Resources & Tools Own and update key presentations (e.g., Quarterly Partner Update, Onboarding Deck) Support with maintaining the Brand Partner Hub Collate and maintain databases e.g. trivia questions General Team Support Assist with team activities such as birthday cards/cakes, away days, and team events Provide light diary support, meeting agendas and minutes support Development & Support Weekly 1:1s with line manager Ongoing training and development opportunities Shadowing across different areas of the business What You’ll Learn How a global franchise is managed across multiple platforms and partners The Blair Partnership’s approach to stakeholder management and brand stewardship Strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced entertainment environment Transferable skills in communication, organisation, and creative thinking Who We’re Looking For Passion for IP development and storytelling Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Preferred Qualifications Recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field Previous internship or work experience in entertainment, media, or brand management What you can expect from us Competitive Salary Company Bonus Scheme Hybrid working policy 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) – with an additional day awarded every year after your 2-year anniversary with us, up to a cap of 30 days.
