Strong career growth opportunities Great benefits starting from Day One (Full-Time) Health Vision Dental 401k Tuition reimbursement LCB Senior Living is currently seeking a Business Development Director for our Hartford Area Communities, As the Business Development Director, you will be charged with developing and executing a strategic plan that identifies top external accounts in the Hartford market to gain strong professionals relationships with targeted accounts that yields qualified referrals to these communities. Key responsibilities for the Business Development Director include: Developing strong professional relationships in the market that yield consistent referrals to assigned communities Prospecting continuously to find new referral sources while maintaining developed professional relationships. Supporting referrals received to ensure successful closing and transition to communities. Qualifications Key position requirements of the Business Development Director: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred 3-5 years of direct business development sales experience- senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred Strong verbal communication skills Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Experience in usage of CRM application preferred A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required
