Paraway has over 17,000 hectares of dryland cropping and 3,400 hectares of irrigated crops, producing a variety of cereal crops (for both sale and fodder cropping), legumes, rice and cotton.

PREFERRED SKILL SET / COMPETENCY ABILITY:

• Safe and efficient work ethic
• Tractor and machinery operation requirements:
• (Bulk grain handling i.e. silo in/out loading, chaser bin driving, grain bagging, tractor & machinery maintenance, telehandler operation)
• Can problem solve
• Can work as part of a team and take direction
• Open and clear communication skills
• Manual Car licence required
• Must have the right to work in Australia
