We are seeking enthusiastic Harvest Workers to support the core workforce through the peak harvest and cultivation period at our farms on the Oxfordshire / Berkshire border. Extended working hours are common throughout the harvest period and in return for hard work and commitment we can offer competitive rates of pay. We also offer an evening meal for every harvest day. This position is on a fixed term contract running from July to October with accommodation available if required. Main responsibilities to include but not limited to: Grain carting using Fendt 724 Undertaking secondary cultivations, rolling and topping Loader work including grain and bale loading with JCB loaders General farm and harvest duties Helping with other business operations The successful candidate should have a commitment to health and safety, be used to working within a team environment and have experience of driving modern agricultural machinery. Responsibilities
The harvest worker will be responsible for grain carting, secondary cultivations, and operating loaders for grain and bale handling. They will also assist with general farm duties and other business operations during the peak harvest period.
