What you’ll need We’re looking for apprentices who bring: Genuine interest in your chosen trade, demonstrated through work experience or relevant studies. Education or experience, including: Completion of Year 12 in 2026, OR Previous completion of Year 12 with sound achievement in English and Maths, OR At least 2 years’ relevant work experience if school was not completed. Hands-on ability – experience using hand tools or working in an industrial environment is highly desirable. Safety-first mindset – a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Strong communication skills – good listening, comprehension and teamwork abilities. Commitment to learning – willingness to complete structured training and development in line with your apprenticeship and future skillset.
