Hatchery Technical Sales Specialist, BioMar Sagun Türkiye BioMar-Sagun, Türkiye's most advanced fish feed facility, which continues its activities in Söke Organized Industrial Zone; (BioMar Group is a joint venture between Denmark and Sagun Group Turkey) We are looking for an Hatchery Technical Sales Specialist to be assigned to BioMar-Sagun, which supports the supply of high-performance fish feed and fish producers in Turkey, introduces high-energy and highly digestible feeds to Turkish aquaculture producers, and continues its activities in Aydın Söke Organized Industrial Zone. As our new Hatchery Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening BioMar Sagun’s position as a preferred feed supplier to aquaculture in the region. Your main challenge will be to drive sales growth and help us achieve our ambitious goals. Required Qualifications Graduated from Fisheries Engineering / Veterinarian / Biology / Animal Science departments and at least 3 years of experience in different departments of the Sea bass - Sea bream - Meagre Hatchery, To be competent and experienced in live feed, juvenile, larvae, pre-rearing and adaptation departments. Have a Class B driver's license and can drive actively, have no travel restrictions. Strong communication, high persuasion skills Curious, proactive, open to learning and development To have a high level of competence in analytics and data processing Planning and follow-up aspects are strong. Fluent in English Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level For male candidates, those who have completed their military service or are exempt Residing or able to reside in Muğla, Aydın or surrounding provinces Job Description and Responsibilities To increase our share by doing market research. To promote the products by visiting the existing sea bass and sea bream hatcheries in the Aegean region, to ensure the correct positioning of the right product. Monitoring the use, accompanying the use of the feed, receiving, processing and reporting data in the facilities where the feeds are used. Reporting and reporting the market situation and developments to the Sales Department and BioMar's foreign units at regular intervals. Managing the feed stock by preparing feed orders for BioMar factories for the next season. To support customers in choosing the most suitable products or solutions for their needs, to explain technical specifications and product advantages, to carry out sales and marketing activities to increase the tonnage of dealers, customers and manufacturers working with. Actively participate in the sales process including drafting contracts and commercial proposals and negotiating terms. To ensure customer satisfaction and to provide technical field services. Providing technical support and assistance before and after sales, understanding and resolving issues, answering inquiries, and managing complaints. To carry out product promotion and publication activities and technical field services within the scope of sales and marketing activities of products.
