Jai Yoga Studio is a family-owned yoga studio located at 140-1140 Austin Avenue in Coquitlam, British Columbia. We offer a variety of authentic Indian style yoga classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels.
Our studio emphasizes traditional Indian yoga practices and philosophy, aiming to integrate mind and body within a nurturing environment. We also provide yoga teacher training programs and host workshops to deepen students’ practice.
