What You'll Do: * Drive truck and/or equipment in a safe and careful manner as dispatched, including to outlying locations. * Perform basic maintenance requirements such as replacing hoses, fittings, and couplings. * Perform miscellaneous emergency roadside equipment repairs, such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, and making acceptable temporary repairs. * Comply with rules and regulations of the industry as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and other federal, state, and local agencies; follow company policies and procedures as required. * Report compliance problems to supervisor. * Keeping daily written vehicle and personal records as required. * Remaining alert to potential hazardous concentrations of hydrogen sulfide (H2S); being trained in and understanding the dangers and ramifications of the presence of H2S; and carrying H2S training card on person at all times. * May be required to periodically work out of location other than base terminal for special assignments. What We're Looking For: Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities * Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with all endorsements and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Additional Eligibility Qualifications * Acceptable results of a DOT physical. * Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or older. * English language fluency, verbal and written. * Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
