POSITION SUMMARY

E.S. Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Haul Road Grader Operator. A sample of the position’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Operate grader to maintain soil haul roads used by on and off road earthmoving equipment.
• Manipulate hand and/or foot controls to operate a grader on haul roads
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities, moving in response to hand or audio signals
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions and follow all safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience maintaining haul roads is preferred
• Ability to maintain positive drainage through establishing and maintaining haul road crowns and cross slopes
• Fine grade experience is a preferred but not required
• Pre-employment drug screen required
