Role: Transport Administrator (Full Time)
Location: Grangemouth
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
Reports to: Haulage Director
Salary : £27,664

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a positive, proactive and organised Transport Administrator to join our busy haulage team based at our transport office in Grangemouth. This is a full-time role suited to someone with strong admin skills who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and process driver paperwork from each shift
  • Separate third-party paperwork from internal documentation
  • Accurately input data into spreadsheets and company systems
  • Scan, file and email paperwork to relevant teams or departments
  • Provide general administration support to the haulage team as required
