Job Description Wir suchen einen Hauptbuchhalter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Central Accounting Teams – auf unserer Mission, stets herausragende Erlebnisse zu schaffen. In dieser Rolle stellen Sie die Genauigkeit, Compliance und Konsistenz der Finanzabschlüsse und Buchhaltungsunterlagen von Delivery Hero sicher. Die Position umfasst praxisnahe Themen wie die Fair-Value- und Amortized-Cost-Bewertung von Finanzinstrumenten, die Bilanzierung von Rückstellungen, IFRS-16-Leasing, Intercompany-Verrechnungen sowie die bilanzielle Analyse von M&A-Verträgen und zugehörigen Vereinbarungen. Darüber hinaus sind Sie aktiv in konzerninterne Verschmelzungen sowie Systemmigrationen eingebunden. Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen für die Gesellschaft und ihre deutschen Subholdings nach HGB Erstellung von IFRS-Reporting-Packages für die Konzernkonsolidierung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group-Accounting-Team Verantwortung für die Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses, einschließlich Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen und Kontenabstimmungen Analyse und Review von Hauptbuchkonten über Bilanz- und GuV-Positionen hinweg zur Sicherstellung von Konsistenz und Genauigkeit Koordination und Unterstützung externer Abschlussprüfungen als zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer und interne Stakeholder Funktion als Fachexperte für SAP S/4HANA im Bereich Hauptbuch sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Accounting-Prozessen Qualifications Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft sowie mindestens 6 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Hauptbuchhaltung; Erfahrung im Headquarter eines internationalen Konzerns und/oder einer börsennotierten Muttergesellschaft ist erforderlich Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie ein solides Verständnis von IFRS, einschließlich praktischer Erfahrung in der Erstellung von HGB-Einzelabschlüssen und IFRS-Reporting-Packages Sehr gutes Verständnis von Periodenabschlussprozessen (Periodenöffnung/-schluss, Mahnlauf, Fremdwährungsbewertung, Klärung offener Posten etc.) Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit SAP R/3 oder S/4HANA; Kenntnisse in OneStream für Reporting und Konsolidierung sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Detailgenauigkeit – Sie gehen den Zahlen auf den Grund Additional Information Ensuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
