Description We’re looking for a friendly, adaptable, and service-driven Haus Experience Specialist F&B to play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. This is a dynamic, hybrid position where you’ll split your time between the café and guest support. You’ll be the face of the property—preparing coffee and simple food, serving beer and wine, and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and general needs. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly environment Help guests navigate self check-in tools and provide support as needed,, including answering questions and resolving issues Respond to guest requests and ensure a smooth, positive stay Café & Beverage Service Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Serve beer and wine responsibly in accordance with local laws Take orders and serve quick, casual food items Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area Operations & Support Process transactions accurately using POS systems Support opening and closing procedures for café and guest service areas Maintain cleanliness and organization across shared spaces Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles Barista or café experience preferred Experience with POS systems and/or guest service tools is a plus Friendly, outgoing, and naturally hospitable Comfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilities A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Must complete state-approved training, such as ServSafe and/or Responsible Alcohol training, within 60 days of hire. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
