Job Description
Effective immediately, Frankfurt International School is looking for a motivated and reliable Hausmeister (m/w/d) - fulltime with regular place of work in Oberursel, including occasional assignments on our other campus in Wiesbaden-Naurod.
The purpose of this role is to provide general janitorial duties, as instructed by the Chief Hausmeister, for the entire school in satisfactory quality and within a reasonable time period.

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
• Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit PC und E-Mail-Programmen
• Führerschein
  Bewerber/innen müssen über eine gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Deutschland verfügen.

• Completed vocational training
• Working knowledge of English and German
• Experience in working with a PC and e-mail program
• Driving Licens

The duties of the position will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for the orderly condition of the campus and the buildings.
• Garbage collection inside and outside buildings.
• All jobs occurring (mainly as instructed by the Chief Hausmeister) such as repairs, arranging furniture, cleaning and tidying, as well as shopping and other errands as required.
• Maintains workshops and storage rooms in a clearly laid out and tidy condition.
• Repairs damage or defects that have been ascertained by self or others, or reports them to the Chief Hausmeister
• The repair of electrical plant or equipment is generally forbidden. Exception: Replacing light bulbs or fluorescent tubes and screw-in type fuses (up to 63A), and replacing shades or deflectors.
• Willingness to do additional duties, for example during large functions
