Du unterstützt im First-Level-Support und bist erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragen und Problemen. Das bringst du mit: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder Mechaniker (m/w/d) – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Energie- und Gebäudetechnik. Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Gebäudekomplexen und der technischen Gebäudeausstattung (TGA) mit. Du bringst idealerweise Weiterbildungen im Bereich Facility Management mit. Du arbeitest kundenorientiert und kommunizierst klar sowie professionell. Du handelst lösungsorientiert und proaktiv und findest schnell passende Ansätze. Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist gleichzeitig ein verlässlicher Teamplayer. Responsibilities

You will plan, organize, and execute maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for facility systems while coordinating external service providers. Additionally, you will analyze technical faults, provide first-level support, and ensure all service activities are thoroughly documented.
