Hawk ATD IWSO Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia An exciting opportunity has arisen to join BAE Systems as an Hawk ATD IWSO based in Tabuk. BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated prime contractor under the government-to-government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. For such maintenance and training this role requires the following: Skills and Experience · Must be a highly experienced military/ex-military IWSO or IP who has operated in a crew environment. · One fast jet tour commensurate with T-165 capabilities. · Simulator IWSOs must be contracted by 55th birthday. · Instructors will have aircrew experience and should have completed a recognized service instructional tour. · They should possess a QNI/IWSO/QPNI/QFI or equivalent instructional qualification. Additional O&AT essential requirements for the ATD IWSO include: · Competently able to use Microsoft Office products. · Able to work under pressure to meet corporate requirements and policies. Additional O&AT desirable requirements for the ATD IWSO include: · Hawk T-2 or glass cockpit Hawk aircraft or simulator experience. · Previous aircraft or simulator instruction on Hawk Lead in Fighter (LIF) Courses. · Delivery experience of LIF related Computer Based Training Systems (CBT). · Experience in training design, syllabus development and the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) process. · Must be a highly experienced military/ex-military IWSO or IP who has operated in a crew environment. · One fast jet tour commensurate with T-165 capabilities. · Simulator IWSOs must be contracted by 55th birthday. · Instructors will have aircrew experience and should have completed a recognized service instructional tour. · They should possess a QNI/IWSO/QPNI/QFI or equivalent instructional qualification. Responsibilities
