Description Job Description: Member Service Representative/Teller/Bi-Lingual/Full Time We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Teller in our soon to be Hazleton Location. They must be able to understand and communicate in both English and Spanish for our members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. Responsibilities: - Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments - Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs - Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products and services - Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls - Perform other duties as assigned We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
