Description

Assists in preparing SOP for new process. Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements. Performs quality audits on accounts. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions. Good understanding of process interdependencies. Possesses advanced domain knowledge in Healthcare and Insurance. Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6PM/4AM IST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
