Job Description Position Overview The Manager of Internal Communications plays a critical role in strengthening employee engagement and enabling strategic business alignment across the Asia-Pacific region for Bosch Home Comfort (BHC). This role supports the APAC Communications Director in planning and executing high-quality internal communication initiatives that foster clarity, transparency, and a unified organizational culture. The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, and experience managing communication channels in a regional or matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a regional point of contact for internal communications across APAC, localize and adapt global messages for APAC audiences and coordinate with country communication and HR partners for consistent execution. Support the development and delivery of APAC internal communications strategies aligned with regional and global business priorities. Create and maintain compelling content for internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, MS Teams, leader messages, videos, presentations) to enhance engagement. Prepare communication materials for APAC leadership and internal stakeholders—presentations, scripts, Q&As, communication toolkits, and etc. Partner with HR and business leaders to drive communication plans for major initiatives including drafting leader messages, announcements, and narratives that support change. Support employee engagement campaigns, recognition programs, and internal events. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years (Assistant Manager) or 3–7 years (Manager) in internal communications or related fields. Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations. Strong project management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in English and Japanese. Additional Asian language is a plus. Experience in change management communications. Knowledge of APAC cultures and communication norms. Familiarity with intranet and digital workplace platforms.
