Overview The Home Care Store Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the management and supervision of all Homecare Store respiratory related services within their assigned area. May act as store manager in the absence of store manager. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of policy and procedure for all respiratory related services provided by the ARH Homecare Stores. Conducts and documents in-home visits. Set up and instruct clients on use of specialized respiratory equipment. Assist with Performance Improvement. Assist with reports as assigned, such as inventory. Provides Homecare Store personnel with technical training and assistance in regard to respiratory related services. Coordinates respiratory referrals and chart audits. Develops and conducts inservice education programs for Homecare Store personnel. Participates in any marketing activities, health fairs, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications CRTT required - must have completed an accredited University or Vocational School CRTT/RRT Program. Minimum of three years CRTT experience. Must be licensed in the state or states of employment. Basic computer skills may be required.
