Hiring Bonus: $200 for qualified caregivers with an active HCA and negative TB, once they complete 36 hours of work (we have many 12 hour open shifts). We currently have many caregivers working 4 or 5 12 hour shifts a week. Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour, short shifts $25, couples $24 to $27. Overtime pay after 8 hours! On a typical day, your responsibilities may include: Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance. Transportation services to clients for medical appointments. Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more! Hourly and 24/7 Care. Light housekeeping and organization.
